Bottle Sterilizers (Inner shell MS and outer is with SS 304 with Insulation) are heavy duty process machines primarily used to process milk filled glass bottles. We manufacture full range of bottle sterilizers (steam retort) from 150 bottles to 2880 bottles per batch. All retorts can be ordered in lengths from 1 basket to 8 baskets capacity. we will provide automatic or manually-opened door designs as per customer specification and also we offer orbit type door opening & closing.

We will provide the sterilizers as per customer specifications also.

• 480 bottles per batch: 30 bottles in a basket, 4 baskets in a row, Top 2 Rows, Bottom 2 Rows (120 X 4 Rows)
• 720 bottles per batch: 36 bottles in a basket, 5 baskets in a row, Top 2 Rows, Bottom 2 Rows (180 X 4 Rows)
• 1080 bottles per batch: 36 bottles in a basket, 5 baskets in a row, Top 2 Rows, Middles 2 Rows, Bottom 2 Rows (180 X 6 Rows)
• 1512 bottles per batch: 36 bottles in a basket, 6 baskets in a row, (216 X 7 Rows)
